Italian Reservations Agent



Italian Customer Sevice Executive Manchester



Our client based in Manchester City centre is looking for a professional, enthusiastic telesales executive who is fluent in both Italian and English to join part of their highly successful and busy business development team. The position is to start ASAP and is a permanent full time role.



The company is a specialist travel solutions business to clients all over the world on behalf of large national and international organisations. For this role you will need to be fluent in Italian and also fluent in English as all written documentation will be required in English.



No cold calling all calls are inbound.



A confident, proactive approach and excellent IT skills are essential.



Previous inbound or outbound telemarketing experience would be preferred, however is not essential. Experience of working within an office environment is essential.

Candidates will be motivated, willing to learn and determined to meet objectives.
