Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor Manchester £12.5k + OTE £26.5 £££££



We are looking for confident and motivated team players with fluent Italian to service in-bound telephone calls, NO OUTBOUND SALES CALLS from our clients Head Office in Manchester City Centre.



First class communication, influencing and customer service skills are a pre-requisite; previous experience in travel is advantageous.



Using a bespoke reservation system, your primary responsibility will be handling incoming calls from our new and established customers to help them fulfil, their travel requirements by identifying their needs, promoting insurances, etc.

Essential & Desirable Skills



Italian (Mother tongue standard) and English Essential



Basic keyboard skills

Clear telephone manner

Attention to detail

Ability to enter notes on system clearly and concisely

Sales closing skills

High standard of customer service, Retail or Call Centre, Hotel & Leisure, etc

Sales experience

Travel background
