Italian Customer Service Advisor



Job Description



You will be handling inbound Reservation Calls from the Italian Market, successfully converting the quote into a successful booking, you will be providing update to product information, using various web based search engines to obtain the information, liaising with internal departments, customer service, confirmations, etc. Accurately processing payments, via debit/credit card, issuing correct correspondence (confirmations) to customers via email and post. Above all else providing an excellent and informative service.



The candidate will have the following skills:



Excellent interpersonal skills

Effective communicator - internally and externally

Evaluative and reflective analytical skills

Highly literate and ability to create interesting copy

Attention to detail and deadlines

Good organisational and coordination skills

Team-player and ability to work on own initiative

Experienced in word processing and spreadsheet packages
