The continued expansion of the Group means we are now looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to strengthen the IT function which is based at our prestigious offices in Manchester supporting over 40 locations.
The Helpdesk Support Analyst candidate will ideally have 6-12 months experience working within a busy help desk environment, with an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable dealing with all levels of clients. You will be answering 1st line support calls by phone and e-mail, however, occasionally you may have to fix the problem in situ - so excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Technically the Helpdesk Support Analyst candidate will have a sound understanding of Windows XP/Vista, MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Outlook 2003 and most importantly have the ability to work in a team environment, occasionally without supervision, and manage your time accordingly.
Helpdesk Support Analyst Requirements:
- 6-12 months experience in a help desk environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Sound understanding of; Windows XP / Vista, MS Office and Outlook 2003
