Fee Earner - RTA



My client is looking for an RTA Fee Earner to work for their city centre office in Manchester.



The Role:



* Managing caseloads of 150 - 200 Claimant RTA file from inception to conclusion

* Issuing and serving Court Proceedings, Judgments and Court Orders and applications

in line with CPR

* Deal with Quantum and liability statements from clients and witnesses

* Undertake preparation of expert witness and Credit hire statements

* Handle Part 18 requests

* Issue directions

* Undertake preparation of Court Hearings

* Negotiate settlements



The Candidate:



* Must have skills gained within a similar role

* Ability to work to deadlines/targets

* Self motivated
